We recently saw your firm at the Newark Country show, and wanted a coat for our dog, a black Labrador.

We ordered a Mac-Red coat at a custom size and have received it today. We are very pleased with the fit and the quality of the coat.

We had a coat for our previous dog (a Golden Retriever) that was well over twice the price but not as good a fit, just sized generally as extra large.

The service was brilliant as I feel I may have messed you around a bit on the ordering front but you did not make me feel a nuisance at all.

A custom coat made and delivered within a week I believe is good service I will recommend to anyone who asks.

Hi Pam,do you remember me, i recently ordered 2 dog coats from you after i met you at moorgreen show? I received the coats and they are lovely i am really pleased with them,my dogs have worn them and always get comliments............I have been looking on your website and i really like the Zebra print coats would it be possible to make Tinkerbell and Dolly one each but is it possible you could put a collar on as you did the others and would you be able to do the collars in black faux (fake) fur? also where do you put the diamonte?, obviously i expect them to cost more..........also do you have or can you do coats in leopard print or anything thats "girly" or "glam" looking? can you let me know if any of these are possible? thankyou, Sheila.

It came in the post at the weekend. We went to the Fun Dog Show at Papplewick last weekend and visited your stall.
